To Do List Part II
Yep so still got heaps to do. Need to rebuild all the templates. After having spent all this time on it. I look at it and can see a cleaner way to mark up the site.
Mike Industries has made some awesome advancements on the Inman Flash Replacement Technique. Seems really solid so I’m planning on Implementing this.
So Still to Do…
Get the recent Entries list to display the last 5 entries;Work out how I broke the menu in IE. ARRGGGHH;Re name IDs to more give more semantic meaning;Amend Stylesheet to reflect above;Re-work templates for greater prominence of content in the mark-up. Currently the Calendar is the first text on the page. No Good;- Re-visit calendar styles to include active link and todays date highlight. Include previous month link;
Implement flash replacement;Finish distressed typeface for above flash replacement;- Include permalink;
- Add padding top to search results;
- Add Graphic to template footer;
- create block level hover for Navigation list;
Work out how Ive broken the javascript in ie;Sort out the menu includes for archived entries.
I think thats about it. Oh Yeah, sort out the folio design. Gawd thats the main reason Im building the site.
Anyway will start getting it out there pretty soon.
