Photography Linkage
Up until recently my links posts have been output automatically using, del.icio.us. This seemed like a good idea at first, but it meant never actually thinking about what I was going to post, or alternatively, meant that I made private links that I didnt want to post on this site which kinda goes against the whole idea of del.icio.us.
In addition, the formatting was a bit lame and I was never happy with the default semantics of the generated code. So, here they are, a bunch of hand picked links on photography and marked up in a lovely clean definition list.
- Hong Kong Gotham
- An amazing set of HDR images of Hong Kong by Yong Fook. The HDR effect really brings out the hidden details in the time-eroded backstreets and accentuates the colours and reflections in the more modern architecture.
- Terror Kitten
- Phil Bebbington shoots incredible landscape images. Mad skillz, interesting commentary and a great name for a blog!
- Magnum Photos
- Nice blog by a host of Magnum photographers, largely photojournalism based includes beautiful images like these by Constantine Manos.
- Stuck in Customs
- Some more great HDR Photos, this time by Trey Ratcliff. Some standouts for me are The icy pit to hell and Nuclear winter in Chernobyl.
